For mediators and future mediators

We are currently putting together a forty-hour mediation training program with substantial practical experience to prepare future mediators in the craft.  Please click here to send us an email to register your interest in the program and so that we can alert you when registration begins.

Because there is no required licensing or credentialing required in mediation, the field can often feel like the Wild West for new mediators.  Modeled after the supervisory structure in psychotherapy skill building, Amanda offers a mentoring program for fledgling mediators looking for support and guidance as they build their practices.  Amanda and her mentees book regular calls or meetings to debrief recent mediations, analyze struggles that were encountered, and brainstorm creative strategies for breaking those log-jams in future mediations.
